TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these terms carefully before ordering any Goods or Services from us. By ordering any of the Goods or Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Nissan Figaro's were made in 1991. They do not make the majority of spares & parts anymore. We therefore supply parts from used cars. These parts are all in perfect working order on dispatch. We can also supply new parts where applicable. If you are in doubt - please email or call.
For orders placed after 11am, please add 1 working day to your delivery date.
You will have the option on checkout to upgrade your delivery to one of these services:
Next working day delivery excludes items which are not marked as in-stock. Item is delivered 24hrs after dispatch. Dispatch is within 48hrs. Does not include weekend and public holidays.
If your item is Over-Sized or Over-Weight (Over 25kgs) you may incur an additional Price. If this is the case you will be contacted once your order is placed.
No deliveries will be made on Weekends or Bank/ Public Holidays.
Delivery timescales will vary for items which are not marked as in-stock.
*PLEASE NOTE: These services are not available to "Out Of Areas": Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Shetland & Orkney, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles & BFPO, contact us for quotes. We endevour to despatch all parcels using the most cost effective methods, we'll use a number of couriers to find you the best deal.
If you are outside of England, please don't worry as we can still help you!
Please select your parts and check out normally selecting your country; we'll then weigh your parcel and email you with the additional delivery charge. We can then proceed with your order once you have confirmed the additional charges.

At Figaroclub we hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item.
Before returning any goods please read our terms & conditions.
Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition & include the original packing and documentation.
1) Getting A Returns Authorisation:
Before returning ANY items, it must be approved by customer services, who will give you a ‘RETURNS NUMBER’ – Any items returned WITHOUT this will result in a delay.

2) Getting your item to us:
Make sure you pack the item safely and securely, ensure a copy of the original invoice is supplied inside the box, along with any return paperwork.

Once your items are received back they will be inspected, and when approved a credit will be arranged. This process typically takes between
2-5 days (It may take up to a further 7 working days for your bank to show the credit in your account)
Please wait for a full 14 days after we have received your part to chase up a credit.
Figaroclub must be informed of any return requests within 10 days of the original order date.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with Figaroclub.
Figaroclub will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during return transit.
All returns must be received within 10 days of notifying us of return
Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
Any Packages received without notification will be refused.
We will perform the Services with care and skill.
If we fail to perform the Services in accordance, then your sole remedy will be for the re-performance of those Services by us.
Any timescales given by us to you in respect of the performance of the Services are approximate only.
Our goods all are checked before sending, should you not find this the case, we are happy to refund or replace. Please contact us for further details. Parts are guaranteed for 3 months excluding engines & turbo's. Goods that become faulty after expiry of the Warranty, and you request that we replace or repair such goods, shall be charged at standard list price for such repair or replacement.
The above warranty is given by us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, tampering of the goods, incorrect fitting of the goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the goods manufacturers instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without our approval.
RISK AND LIABILITY
You use the site entirely at your own risk. Figaroclub cannot guarantee that the site is free from bugs, errors, viruses or errors that may affect your computer.
You may not copy anything on the site without Figaroclub's permission. You are granted the right only to view the site and print material from it. You can only do this for your personal use and / or for you to make informed decisions about Figaroclub products. You must not copy, publish or modify anything on the site or re-sell any of the information that you have viewed or printed from it.

Figaroclub is striving constantly to improve its products. Accordingly all information on this site is subject to change. Please contact us, for the most up to date information. Because of the nature of technology, the colours shown on the site may not match the actual colours.
Prices for all cars are inclusive of VAT, but not delivery - which will depend upon distance to destination, please call for a quote.
YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS
The information collected is used for Figaroclub's business purposes, which is the marketing and the sale of cars and associated products and services. We do not share any information with third parties. Payment details are not stored within Figaroclub website or database.
